Uttaranchal University is a well-known private university in the state of Uttarakhand. The university was started by Govt. of Uttarakhand in June 2006 with and is approved by University grant commission. Uttaranchal University is situated in the admirable city of Dehradun near IMA and covered an area of about 20 acres. The campus is recognized as the center of academic superiority in Dehradun. Initially it was started with 4 disciplines of engineering departments.
