SatTal
Positioned at 1370 meters altitude above sea level, Sat Tal is constellation of seven puzzlingly intersected lakes. It is located on Bhim Tal road at a distance of 22 kilometers from Nainital. These fresh water lakes bunch is at the center of oak and pine trees dense forests. Migratory birds stay here and it is paradise for them while migrating. Water of Sattal is pure and unpolluted. The group of seven water lakes of Sat Tal are Ram Tal, Purna Tal, Garud Tal , Sita tal, Nal Damyanti Tal, Laxman Tal and Sukh Tal. Britishers use to compare Sat Tal with England’d Westmoreland.

BhimTal
Positioned at 1,375 meters altitude above sea level , BhimTal is 24kms away from Nainital. With a little island in centre, Bhimtal Lake is a wonderful place to visit in Bhim Tal. Bheemtal is an ancient place named after the legendary Bhima of Mahabharata when Bhima visited the place during the exile period of pandavas. Bhimtal is older than the town of Nainital and is considered as one of the best excursions of Nainital. Bhim Tal is well connected with Kathgodam and all Kumaon regions and Nepal. It is an unsolved mystery but this place might have been the part of the ancient silk route of China.

Naukuchia Tal
Naukuchia Tal implies nine cornered Lake which is 28 kilo meters away from Nainital and from Bhimtal the distance is 4 kilometers. The measurements of Naukuchia Lake are approx length- 1 km, width- 0.6 km and depth- 40m (approx.). Naukuchia Tal is deepest Nainital Lake and it is believed that on taking glimpse of 9 corners at once, person may disappear in smoke cloud.

Almora
Almora is a scenic district of Uttarakhand situated in its eastern part with spectacular Himalayan view that attracts thousands of tourists across the globe due to its fascinating beauty of nature. Rich cultural heritage of Almora and its appreciable handicrafts products are famous worldwide. You will also find lavish cuisine and wildlife very conveniently.

KhurpaTal
Khurpa Tal is an attractive lake situated around 11kms by road and 5km by hike from Nainital. Khurpa Tal is situated at an altitude of 1,635mts above sea level. It is popular with anglers and is surrounded by terraced fields, from which it presumably gets its name.

Ranikhet
Indian Army’s Kumaon regiment and Naga regiment is located in Ranikhet. You can enjoy watching revitalizing snowcapped peaks views of extraordinary Himalayan range at Ranikhet. Meaning of Ranikhet is quite simple i.e. Queen’s field or Queens Meadow. A diverse range of flora as well as fauna can be found here at Ranikhet. Located 76 kilometers away from Kausani, Ranikhet is set above sea level at 1,869 meters altitude.

Mukteshwar
Mukteshwar is set above sea level at an elevation of 2,285 meters and is located 123 kilometers away from kausani.name of this sacred temple was derived from Mukteshwar Dham which is a 350 year old temple of Lord Shiva. An amazing view of Himalayan range is offered by Mukteshwar temple which is situated on top of mountain. Britishers constructed this temple in 1893 and previously it was Research and education institute (IVRI).

Kausani
Kausani is a place bestowed with Green hilly area, chirping birds, high trees, amazing snow dressed Himalayan view, bubbling creeks and lovely environment. Haldwani
Positioned at 425 meters elevation above sea level , Haldwani comes in Kumaon region of Uttarakhand’s Nainital district. Haldwani is 'Gateway of kumaon' and located in Indo-Gangetic plains of Himalayas lower side in bhabhar region. Haldwani is well connected to main north indian cities such as Delhi, Lucknow and Haridwar etc and therefore is significant trading center of Kumaon.

Jim Corbett National Park
Established in 1936, Jim Corbett National Park is oldest national park of India in Nainital, Uttarakhand and is located at a distance of 68 km from Nainital. Wide variety of plants and animals can be seen here with 488 Plants species, 600 birds species and wild life animal namely tiger, chital, elephant, nilgai, Sambar, gharial, Deer , muntjac, King Cobra, wild boar, common musk shrew, , hedgehog , Indian Pangolin, flying fox etc.
